What you will do

• Develop and maintain scalable E2E automated test frameworks for website and mobile applications.
• Contribute to a platform-wide automated testing strategy focused on reliability, reusability, and coverage.
• Mentor team members to foster a strong quality engineering culture across the organization.
• Collaborate with engineers and product teams to ensure high-quality releases and manage quality gates.
• Perform manual exploratory testing for complex workflows and edge cases.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in software testing and automation.
• Proficiency with Playwright, Cypress, or similar tools using JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with CI/CD systems such as Jenkins, TeamCity, or GitHub Actions.
• Strong understanding of test strategy, versioning, and test data management.
• Solid experience in manual testing and debugging using Postman and browser developer tools.
• Must be based in or able to work from Gibraltar, Malta, or the UK

Nice to have

• Familiarity with cloud-based cross-platform testing (BrowserStack, Sauce Labs).
• Experience writing BDD-style tests using Cucumber.
• Exposure to mobile testing and device compatibility workflows.
• Knowledge of performance testing tools like k6.
• Familiarity with WebSockets, visual regression (Percy), and AI-assisted exploratory testing.
