What you will do

• Define measurable criteria for evaluating AI-generated creative content and establish baseline vs. future-state performance benchmarks.
• Build a framework to assess AI investment impact on cost-efficiency, speed-to-market, quality improvement, and creative performance uplift within 12 months.
• Develop and own the AI roadmap for Creative Production, anticipating key technological shifts.
• Introduce and maintain a structured validation layer for new AI tools and workflows.
• Establish quality control standards and governance frameworks for AI-generated content to ensure brand consistency and production reliability.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience working with AI-driven automation, production systems, or generative workflows in real-world environments.
• Proven track record of implementing AI tools into operational pipelines and driving measurable improvements.
• Strong Product Management mindset: ability to define requirements, structure roadmaps, and prioritize initiatives.
• Practical understanding of modern generative AI ecosystems (video, image, audio, agent-based workflows, automation frameworks).
• Experience operating in performance-driven marketing or creative production environments.
• Analytical and data-driven approach to experimentation.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to evaluate emerging technologies by long-term value, cost-efficiency, and scalability.
