What you will do
- Review and monitor customer accounts using internal systems, adhering to responsible gaming guidelines.
- Identify high-risk players by analyzing customer behaviour and activity.
- Communicate proactively via phone, email, and SMS to promote responsible gambling.
- Handle inbound customer communication through phone, chat, and email.
- Promote and maintain knowledge of Responsible Gaming tools.
- Collaborate closely with the AML department to assess customer affordability.
Requirements
- Experience and passion for customer care.
- Previous experience in RG & AML is an added asset.
- Excellent verbal and written command of the English language.
- Attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
