What you will do

• Support the Head of CO Optimisation AML in executing strategic initiatives within the AML domain.
• Define scope with precision, adhering to departmental guidelines and methodologies for tactical game plans.
• Take an active role in KYC-related projects, including integrating new tools and KYC providers.
• Drive process improvement initiatives across the customer journey to reduce friction and optimize workflows.
• Help onboard new features and ensure their readiness through User Acceptance Testing.
• Keep a sharp eye out for technical bugs or inefficiencies, liaising with vendors and product owners to strengthen processes.
• Manage priorities, track progress, and ensure smooth off-field operations.
• Review feedback and interactions to uncover opportunities for process optimization.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education or an equivalent qualification.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within the iGaming industry or a regulated environment.
• Strong analytical skills and great attention to detail.
• Clear and comfortable communication with teammates, stakeholders, and third-party providers.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Solid understanding of Customer Operations in a regulated environment and AML requirements.
• Comfortable working with data and reporting, spotting patterns and using insights for improvement.
