What you will do

• Support the constant improvement of player protection systems by evaluating customer data and implementing effective mitigation measures.
• Contribute to the control framework validating the proper functioning of player protection functions and processes.
• Liaise closely with the Player Safety team in Customer Operations and serve as a point of contact for internal stakeholders.
• Manage content regarding player protection and support in compiling documents and reports for external stakeholders and regulators.
• Assure player protection training is conducted in line with applicable regulation and the Group’s Player Protection Concept.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years' experience working in online gambling in a similar role under German market regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to manage and negotiate with stakeholders and partners.
• Ability to collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to convey commitment to regulatory best practices.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate and interpret data for process optimization.
• Fluent English language skills are essential as it is the official language in the Malta office.
• German language skills are critical for communication with stakeholders.
