Strategic Solutions Engineer (AI): Serving as a technical partner to Sales and Success organizations to acquire new customers and expand existing accounts with an accent on designing and implementing agentic workflow automation using AI platforms. Focus on creating custom reports, dynamic dashboards, and assisting with functional and technical elements of RFPs.

Location: Remote within EMEA (Europe, Middle East, Africa), with office presence in London, UK and Dublin, Ireland. This role is eligible for remote work and candidates should be based within EMEA. Visa sponsorship is not available for this role, as it is outside engineering and product.

What you will do

• Partner with sales and success to deliver technical presentations explaining products and integrations to clients.
• Design, develop, deploy, and manage customer-specific Proof of Value (PoV) projects.
• Build custom reports and dynamic dashboards for prospective clients' management teams.
• Assist with the functional and technical elements of RFPs.
• Stay current on new feature releases and maintain updated demo spaces for sales.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing and implementing agentic workflow automation using AI platforms.
• 6+ years in a customer-facing role with technology, ideally pre-sales, consulting, implementation, or sales enablement.
• 2+ years demonstrable success working with commercial or enterprise clients.
• Understanding of application deployment processes for Cloud transformation, change management, and organizational acceptance.
• Strong customer-facing skills, including the ability to influence technical and executive audiences.
• Hands-on experience with AI & LLMs, integration platforms (Unito, Workato, Zapier, Integromat), web services, and APIs.
