What you will do

• Integrate state-of-the-art learning science into the product to address learning gaps.
• Partner with public school districts to build and scale teacher and learner tools.
• Build tools for teachers to strategically supplement their classrooms with hirify.global.
• Harness the power of AI to deliver new product capabilities where applicable.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience building world-class product experiences for an interactive web-app.
• Experience building and maintaining scalable backend services and complex, stateful frontend user interfaces.
• Proficiency in writing clean, maintainable, and testable quality software.
• Strong communication, thoughtfulness, and desire to give and receive regular feedback.
• Motivation by hirify.global's mission and empathy for learners.
• Proven cross-cultural competency skills demonstrating self-awareness, awareness of others, and ability to adopt inclusive perspectives.
