Location: Hybrid in Raanana, Israel (2 days office, 3 days remote)

What you will do

• Lead the Data Platform engineering organization, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of data platform components.
• Manage resource planning, delivery milestones, and overall product quality.
• Ensure system capacity planning and operational support for the data platform.
• Establish and enforce development standards, tools, and methodologies.
• Integrate customer and business requirements into engineering efforts.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top engineering talent.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (Master’s preferred).
• 12+ years of experience in software engineering, with a focus on data platforms.
• 6+ years of management experience in large-scale environments.
• Proven expertise in data technologies and large-scale distributed systems.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Experience with Agile/SCRUM methodologies.
