What you will do

• Drive regional success and technical health for high-priority accounts, acting as the lead strategist for complex deployments.
• Serve as a mentor to junior and mid-level engineers, providing guidance on solution design and account strategy.
• Act as the primary "Trusted Advisor" for executive stakeholders, aligning hirify.global’s capabilities with high-level business transformation goals.
• Define "gold standards" for customers, including complex RBAC/Security frameworks, performance optimization at scale, and cost-governance.
• Lead the adoption of cutting-edge AI development tools and coding agents, demonstrating how to leverage automation and prompt engineering.
• Liaise with Product and Engineering teams to synthesize field insights into high-level product requirements and roadmap influence.

Requirements

• Location: Onsite in London, UK
• Deep mastery of SQL and substantial experience in data modeling and performance tuning.
• Proven experience designing data architectures on major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) at scale.
• Solid hands-on experience in agent development and a high level of proficiency in prompt engineering.
• Demonstrated experience mentoring peers, leading internal projects, or acting as a "subject matter expert."
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value for C-suite executives.
• University degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent senior-level practical experience.

Nice to have

• Practical experience integrating AI-powered development tools into workflows or supporting production Data Science use cases.
• SnowPro Advanced Certifications (Architect, Data Engineer, or Data Scientist).
• Proficiency in Python, Java, or Scala for building data pipelines or applications.
• Experience with CI/CD, data orchestration (Airflow, dbt), and automated testing.
