What you will do

• Define and drive AI strategy across multiple projects and clients aligned with business goals.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives from opportunity identification to production rollout.
• Architect scalable ML and Generative AI systems on cloud platforms ensuring performance and security.
• Implement agentic AI patterns and LLM-based architectures for measurable impact.
• Establish engineering excellence including CI/CD, MLOps best practices, and observability standards.
• Mentor data scientists and ML engineers to ensure high-quality technical output.

Requirements

• Must be located in Poland (Wrocław, Warszawa, Gdańsk, Kraków, Poznań) with hybrid work model
• Proven experience delivering AI systems into production with expertise in ML, Generative AI, and agentic AI architectures.
• Hands-on experience with at least two cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and strong Python skills.
• Experience with CI/CD, modern MLOps practices, and platforms like Databricks or Snowflake.
• Leadership experience in teams or technical workstreams with strong communication and stakeholder management.
• English proficiency at least B2 level (job posting in English)
