What you will do

• Deliver end-to-end bespoke customer-facing Security projects, focusing on time, cost, and quality.
• Contribute significant delivery revenues and gross margin to the business.
• Matrix manage other delivery-focused operational and technical resources.
• Define and maintain the project governance model throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage project costs and work with Security Delivery Leads on financial submissions.

Requirements

• Proven experience delivering complex projects and programmes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement capabilities, building trust at all levels.
• Robust governance and assurance expertise to ensure high-quality delivery.
• Effective conflict resolution skills with a calm, solutions-focused approach.
• Excellent communication skills, confident in presenting to diverse audiences.
• Project Management Accreditations (e.g., APM) required.
• Security accreditation (e.g., CISMP) required.
