Solutions Engineer (DevOps)

Solutions Engineer (DevOps): Designing, demonstrating, and validating solutions for artifact management and software supply chain security with an accent on aligning customer needs with platform capabilities. Focus on architecting scalable, secure, and reliable solutions and integrating them into existing CI/CD pipelines.

Location: Must be based in Ireland, the United Kingdom, or the US (East Coast) and have the right to work independently without requiring sponsorship. Regular (monthly-ish) travel may be required for team meetings, and regular (quarterly-ish) travel may also be required for events and customers.

What you will do

• Collaborate with the growth team to understand customer requirements and design solutions.
• Deliver product demonstrations, create technical presentations, and lead proof-of-value (PoV) evaluations with prospects.
• Analyze customer environments and architect scalable, secure, and reliable solutions using hirify.global’s platform.
• Develop integration strategies for customers using CI/CD pipelines, observability tools, and other developer tooling.
• Gather and relay customer feedback to the product and engineering teams to help prioritize features.
• Contribute to the development of technical collateral such as blogs, webinars, and whitepapers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in sales/solutions engineering, technical consulting, or DevOps operational roles.
• Prior experience with artifact management solutions or similar product offerings.
• Demonstrated ability to engage with customers and translate technical requirements into actionable solutions.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills to convey complex technical information to diverse audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Must be based in Ireland, the United Kingdom, or the US (East Coast) and have the right to work independently without requiring sponsorship.
