TL;DR

Game Designer: Leading game features from concept to post-mortem, developing design and system mechanics (quests, events, balancing, matchmaking) with an accent on LiveOps practices and data-driven approaches. Focus on monetization design, UI/UX collaboration, and pre/post-analysis of game launches.

Location: Work format: In one of the company's offices in Armenia, Kazakhstan, Cyprus or remotely. A relocation package is available for Cyprus, Armenia, and Kazakhstan if you decide to join us in one of our official locations.

What you will do

• Lead feature development from concept to post-mortem, setting requirements and resolving blockers.
• Develop comprehensive game design documents (GDDs).
• Design game systems, including quests, event economy, progression, matchmaking, and rating.
• Work with analytics for pre-analysis, post-analysis, and idea generation for iterations.
• Design and balance monetization offers based on audience segmentation.
• Collaborate with designers on UI/UX layouts and prototypes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Game Design.
• Strong knowledge of successful mid-core battler games and LiveOps practices.
• Experience working on LiveOps for existing projects using a data-driven approach.
