What you will do
- Collaborate with clients to define visions and convert high-level concepts into clear game mechanics and systems.
- Create and lead the development of comprehensive Game Design Documents (GDDs), economy specs, and UX flows.
- Coordinate with developers and artists to ensure the design vision is properly implemented throughout production.
- Manage the full feature development cycle from brainstorming and documentation to stakeholder validation.
- Balance game systems and perform feature tuning for live-service contexts using data-informed decision-making.
- Analyze market trends to apply modern learnings to new and ongoing projects.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in Game Design with at least one shipped mobile F2P title.
- Deep knowledge of core gameplay design, progression systems, and monetization mechanics.
- English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required.
- Experience in creating structured, clear design documentation and task breakdowns.
- Proficiency with Google Sheets, Figma, Miro/Draw.io, Jira, and Confluence.
Nice to have
- Understanding of LiveOps and event-driven design.
- Familiarity with Unity and gameplay prototyping.
- Experience mentoring mid-level designers or coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Experience working with analytics tools such as GameAnalytics or Firebase.
