Technical Implementation Consultant (AI): Guiding customers through the onboarding process of hirify.global’s AI-driven platform, ensuring seamless go-lives and maximizing business value. Focus on shaping data for machine learning models, managing complex datasets with SQL, and providing technical expertise to drive customer success.

Location: Flexible working - come into our office in Liverpool Street three days a week but otherwise you can work from home.

Salary: £60k - £75k base salary+ OTE (depending on experience)

What you will do

• Own the full implementation lifecycle of hirify.global, guiding customers through onboarding to ensure teams deliver to the highest standard.
• Act as a technical consultant, understanding customer goals, mapping success criteria, and delivering hirify.global configurations that maximize business value.
• Shape datasets to power hirify.global’s machine learning models, ensuring models perform at their best and deliver valuable insights.
• Run projects with precision, structuring your day effectively and prioritizing tasks to keep implementations on track.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, querying, cleaning, and analyzing customer datasets with SQL to identify anomalies.
• Capture feedback, identify opportunities for improvement, and work with product teams to shape hirify.global’s roadmap.

Requirements

• Strong SQL skills with expertise in complex joins, subqueries, window functions, CTEs and aggregations.
• Customer-facing excellence: translate technical detail into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Experience in data consulting, implementation, or customer engineering roles at a data-driven SaaS company.
• Curiosity and enthusiasm for data, AI, machine learning, and cloud platforms.
• Proven ability to manage multiple implementations in parallel, with tight timelines.
• A detail-driven mindset: you thrive working on complex datasets and can spot anomalies others might miss.
