What you will do

• Develop and implement a comprehensive QA strategy and roadmap aligned with the organization's goals and objectives.
• Lead and manage a team of QA professionals, providing guidance, mentoring, and support.
• Define and enforce quality assurance processes and best practices across the organization.
• Oversee the creation of test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure comprehensive test coverage.
• Identify opportunities for test automation and implement suitable frameworks and tools to increase testing efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their quality requirements and expectations.

Requirements

• Positive and can-do approach with very good interpersonal skills.
• Profound understanding of development patterns, Automation KPI’s and process regulations.
• Profound understanding GIT and development tools.
• 4+ years of experience in Automation QA.
• 2+ years in backend testing including extensive knowledge of API testing.
• Experienced with Kotlin/Java or Objective C/Swift or С++ development.
• Very good verbal and written English level
