Manual QA Engineer

TL;DR

Manual QA Engineer: Ensure quality of manual testing including functional, system, regression, smoke, and acceptance testing with an accent on validating new integrations and reviewing requirements. Focus on white-box and gray-box testing, working with SQL/NoSQL databases, logs, monitoring systems, and identifying feature gaps from a user perspective.

Location: Remote or from office in Limassol, Cyprus. Health insurance and office lunches only for Cyprus.

What you will do

• Perform functional, system, regression, smoke, and acceptance testing
• Validate functionality of new integrations and participate in their implementation
• Contribute to documentation creation and test cases
• Test and review requirements

Requirements

• Strong knowledge of software testing and development methodologies
• Experience with logs and monitoring systems
• Experience with white-box and gray-box testing
• Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases
• Ability to think from a user’s perspective and identify feature gaps
• Product mindset

Nice to have

• Experience with payment systems or banking products
