What you will do
- Provide escalated support for UC tools such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Webex.
- Monitor and maintain conference room systems, including hardware and software updates.
- Perform daily room readiness checks and troubleshoot connectivity/AV malfunctions on-site, engaging vendors as needed.
- Assist during live events and executive meetings with white-glove support.
- Create and update knowledge base articles and support UC account provisioning/deactivation.
- Log and track service requests using ticketing platforms and manage UC equipment inventory.
- Assist in managing administrative portals for Unified Communications software.
Requirements
- Proficiency with UC platforms including Zoom, Microsoft Teams, and Webex.
- Experience with room hardware from brands like Logitech, Poly, Neat, QSC, and Extron.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems such as ServiceNow, Jira, or SolarWinds.
- Strong interpersonal, troubleshooting, and time management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with executives and general staff.
- Must be based within commutable distance of Edinburgh, UK, or willing to relocate to the UK prior to beginning employment.
- Ability to access technical data without an export license (no sponsorship for export licenses).
