It Engineer (Cloud Security)

What you will do

• Provide Tier 1 and 2 IT support and diagnose technical issues.
• Manage IT ticketing system and train users on macOS and applications.
• Integrate applications with Okta, Entra (Azure Active Directory), and GWS.
• Create and maintain company policies for MDM tools like Kandji and Microsoft.
• Manage multi-cloud environments including Azure, AWS, OCI, GCP, and Alibaba Cloud.
• Ensure workplace technology (Network, Wi-Fi, Zoom Rooms) is always operational.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in IT.
• Experience with MDM tools (JAMF and Intune).
• Proficiency with Microsoft and Google suites (Office 365 or G-suite).
• Solid understanding of cloud architecture, platforms, and tools.
• Experience with Identity Providers (Okta, Azure Active Directory, Auth0).
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
• Experience with network protocols and topologies.
• Experience with endpoint security tools (Microsoft Defender or SentinelOne).

Nice to have

• Experience with analytics, monitoring, and dashboard tools.
