Senior Quest Designer (Gamedev): Creating and implementing quests from concept to implementation in Unreal Engine 5, with an accent on narrative design elements and collaborative delivery. Focus on maintaining and iterating quest quality, fixing bugs, and mentoring Junior Quest Designers.

Location: Fully Remote (within +/- 2 hours of GMT+1 time zone)

Salary: 16,100–19,500 PLN GROSS/MONTHLY

What you will do

• Create quests from concept through design and implementation in Unreal Engine 5.
• Prepare and maintain design documentation.
• Plan and integrate assets required for quest creation.
• Collaborate closely with other departments to deliver high-quality quests.
• Maintain and iterate on quest quality, and fix reported bugs.
• Mentor and support Junior Quest Designers.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of experience in Quest or Mission design, with at least 1 AAA shipped title with strong narrative design elements.
• Proven high proficiency with writing scenarios, screenplays, or short stories.
• Very high proficiency with visual scripting tools.
• Experience with game editors and game design tools.
• Proven ability to work effectively across game development teams.
• Fluent English.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Unreal Engine and Blueprint scripting skills.
• Experience with pen&paper role-playing systems.
• Credited work on narrative for movies, plays, or books.
