Location: Relocation to Warsaw, Poland is required, working primarily from the Warsaw studio in a full-time or hybrid mode.

Salary: 21,300–33,715 PLN gross monthly.

What you will do

• Co-create the vision of a new project and design detailed storylines.
• Design and implement quests using Unreal Engine 5.
• Plan assets required for quest creation and cooperate with other departments.
• Integrate delivered assets (gameplay, locations, characters, dialogue) into a seamless experience.
• Maintain the highest quality of quests and fix reported bugs.
• Create and maintain design documentation.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in a Quest or Mission Design position.
• High creativity and exceptional level of narrative proficiency.
• Proven high proficiency with writing scenarios, screenplays, or short stories.
• High proficiency with visual scripting tools.
• Experience with game editors and game design tools.
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills.
• Ability to effectively work across teams in game development.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Fluent English.

Nice to have

• Credited work on narrative field for movies, plays, or books.
• Knowledge of Unreal Engine 5 Blueprints.
• Experience in an academic field.
