What you will do

• Manage end-to-end IT hardware asset lifecycle, from procurement to decommissioning.
• Oversee hardware ordering and asset tracking for EMEA and APAC regions.
• Maintain and validate CMDB data integrity within ServiceNow.
• Conduct regional stockroom audits to ensure security and compliance.
• Resolve inventory discrepancies and provide escalations support for local teams.
• Collaborate with procurement, IT operations, and workplace teams to improve asset processes.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT hardware asset management or IT operations.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in London.
• Proven experience managing full hardware lifecycle and multi-region environments.
• Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Asset Management and CMDB.
• Experience working with vendors, logistics partners, and internal procurement teams.
• Ability to act as an escalation point for support teams and resolve complex asset incidents.

Nice to have

• ITAM, ServiceNow, or supply-chain certifications.
• Experience supporting global or specifically EMEA/APAC regions.
• Technical qualification or Bachelor's degree.
