Salary: $149,800.00 - $208,400.00 USD

What you will do

  • Shape global go-to-market strategy, translating game experiences into actionable marketing plans.
  • Lead end-to-end execution of cross-functional campaigns, from objectives through launch and evaluation.
  • Partner with internal and external teams (Product, Publishing, Creative, Community, Social, Comms, Regional) to align priorities.
  • Own the development and execution of core go-to-market tactics, including channel planning and asset development.
  • Serve as the accountable on-team owner for campaign rollout and tactical execution, overseeing marquee moments.
  • Drive cross-functional coordination and operational rigor, maintaining campaign roadmaps and timelines.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brief, and on budget, identifying risks and helping navigate tradeoffs.
  • Support development of scalable campaign frameworks and evaluate performance with Analytics and Insights.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in brand management, product marketing, publishing, or equivalent roles.
  • Proven experience leading integrated go-to-market campaigns from strategy through execution in fast-moving environments.
  • Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with a track record of aligning multiple teams and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management abilities.
  • Demonstrated strength in execution, able to turn strategy into action.
  • Experience working on live-service products or content-driven marketing programs.
  • Excellent communication skills, including writing clear briefs and presenting plans.
  • Passion for games and empathy for players.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with global publishing models and working with regional partners.
  • Experience or passion for the games industry, entertainment, or youth-culture-driven brands.
