What you will do
- Design and maintain data flow from user interaction to analytics tools (Mixpanel, GA4, AppsFlyer) using Segment.
- Manage and version-control analytics infrastructure using Terraform, handling tracking plans via code.
- Translate high-level business questions from Marketing into precise technical tracking requirements for Engineering.
- Proactively monitor and audit the data pipeline to ensure data accuracy and prevent "polluted" dashboards.
- Maintain the organizational "Source of Truth" for data schemas with clear, accessible documentation.
- Configure and troubleshoot complex mobile and web attribution pathways, including deep-linking and postbacks.
Requirements
- Strong experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, specifically in Node.js and React environments for tracking.
- Proven experience using Terraform to manage third-party integrations and cloud-based stacks.
- Deep technical knowledge of Segment (Identify, Track, Page calls) and its integration with Mixpanel and GA4.
- Solid grasp of AppsFlyer (or similar tools) for deep-linking and cross-platform attribution.
- Comfortable working with webhooks, REST APIs, and connecting backends to third-party data ecosystems.
- High degree of analytical curiosity, understanding how events influence funnels or reports.
