What you will do

• Lead the design of innovative experiences that drive feature discovery and enhance user engagement within the Gemini App.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, UX researchers, data scientists, and marketers, to define and execute growth strategies.
• Develop deep expertise in user needs across various geographies, platforms, and audience segments to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with other design teams across the organization to align roadmaps and ensure seamless integration of discovery and engagement initiatives.
• Translate complex user insights into actionable design solutions that deliver measurable value to customers.
• Elevate design craft and champion user-centered design principles throughout the product development lifecycle.
