Salary: Senior UX Designer: CAD $102,500 - $137,500 / year. Lead UX Designer: CAD $115,000 - $150,000 / year.

What you will do

• Design complex wireframes quickly and effectively.
• Iterate and approve UX design with leadership and production.
• Establish standards for speed and quality in UX.
• Research and suggest beneficial tools or methods.
• Maintain documentation for UX standards and methodology.
• Contribute to fostering a positive company culture.

Requirements

• Exceptional understanding of high-quality interactive entertainment UI needs.
• Strong collaboration abilities, including giving and receiving feedback.
• Leadership ability to coach and direct other designers.
• Experience with Unreal Engine, specifically UMG and material-based motion design.
• Deep understanding of diegetic UI and 3D layouts in user experiences.
• Experience in visual development and prototyping software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Balsamiq, Axure RP, Figma, Mural).
• English: B2 required
• Work from Canada or Latin America required
