Salary: $140,000–$155,000 CAD

What you will do

• Provide creative and strategic direction for digital touchpoints including marketing website and landing pages.
• Drive performance and innovation using research, analytics, and experimentation (CRO, A/B testing, UserTesting).
• Own the UX Design roadmap, aligning creative innovation with measurable growth outcomes.
• Lead and manage a distributed UX Design team, ensuring design work meets UX best practices and business intent.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to elevate the role of UX within marketing and integrate AI into workflows.
• Champion digital-first design principles and evolve design systems, tools, and templates for scalability and performance.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in UX, digital design, or creative direction within SaaS, ecommerce, or high-growth environments.
• Proven track record of leading creative and UX teams at a global scale.
• Strong portfolio showcasing strategic UX leadership, digital brand storytelling, and measurable business results.
• Experience building and managing design systems and collaborating with front-end engineering teams.
• Deep understanding of CRO principles, A/B testing, and data-informed design.
• Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with modern front-end tools and workflows.
• Fluency in English as a working language is required.
• Must be based in Ontario, Canada for compensation and employment purposes.

Nice to have

• Front-end development experience.
• Experience in the retail or restaurant industry.
• Proficiency in related tools and production software, including email builders, HTML, and CSS.
• Knowledge of French, German, or Dutch.
