What you will do

• Plan and facilitate co-creation sessions and workshops using design-thinking approaches.
• Design and deliver accesshirify.globalle and scalable experiences for students, teachers, and schools.
• Lead UX research and analysis to inform design decisions and gather user insights.
• Promote innovation by tracking industry trends and advocating best practices in UX and service design.
• Champion accesshirify.globalility and inclusivity for diverse global users.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business owners, product managers, and engineering teams.

Requirements

• Cultural awareness, respect, and a global perspective.
• Strong IT and data skills.
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication abilities.
• High proficiency in written and spoken English (C1+).
• Experience in UX and UI design, prototyping, and using tools like Figma.
• Experience with workshop design and facilitation.
• Portfolio highlighting UX design process and impact on user experience is required.

Nice to have

• Basic understanding of the edtech landscape.
• Experience with SaaS and consumer products.
• Knowledge of software development processes and Agile methodologies (Scrum preferred).
• Proficiency in Spanish and/or French.
