Salary: £41,000–£62,500 (UK) or €62,000–€97,700 (Netherlands)

What you will do

• Plan and facilitate co-creation sessions and workshops using design-thinking approaches.
• Design and deliver simple, accesshirify.globalle, and scalable experiences for students, teachers, and schools.
• Lead UX research and analysis, gathering and applying user insights to inform design decisions.
• Promote innovation by tracking industry trends and advocating best practices in UX and service design.
• Communicate design concepts clearly, producing wireframes, prototypes, and service blueprints.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business owners, product managers, and engineering teams to drive user-centered solutions.

Requirements

• High proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Experience in UX and UI design, prototyping, and using tools like Figma.
• Experience with workshop design and facilitation.
• Cross-functional collaboration with diverse teams.
• Basic understanding of the edtech landscape.
• A portfolio highlighting UX design process, problem-solving capabilities, and co-creation experience.
• Ability to work hybrid in Cardiff, United Kingdom or The Hague, Netherlands.

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS and consumer products.
• Knowledge of software development processes and Agile methodologies (Scrum preferred).
• Salesforce or CRM experience, hirify.global knowledge, and proficiency in Spanish and/or French.
