What you will do

• Create OSM components and flows.
• Analyze and support functional and technical design.
• Perform integration testing in OSS/BSS environments.
• Develop test plans and scenarios based on HLD.
• Work in Agile environments using JIRA/HPQC.
• Support E2E flow analysis.

Requirements

• Experience with Oracle OSM in a telecom environment.
• Knowledge of RODOD and fulfillment processes.
• Hands-on experience with COM/SOM and OSM+UIM.
• Knowledge of ITSM processes.
• Good English skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Oracle UIM.
• Knowledge of multi-system environments.
