hirify.global is seeking a knowledgeable Platform Engineer to work on their low latency Linux estate.

What you will do

• Build, design, and architect automated solutions for scalable deployment.
• Work on private and public cloud infrastructure.
• Automate wherever possible in project and BAU capacity.
• Manage and tune the low latency Linux estate.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in managing and tuning the Linux estate.
• Proficiency in Chef, Puppet, or Ansible for configuration management.
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, Docker, or Podman.
• Experience with continuous integration and deployment workflows.
• Proficiency in Python, Ruby, or Go.
• Must work in a hybrid model in Montreal, Canada.

Nice to have

• Experience with IaC tools like Terraform, Helm, Pulumi, or Bicep.
• Knowledge of AWS or GCP.
• Familiarity with Block/Blob Storage and HPC.
• Experience with Disaster Recovery (DR) strategies.
