What you will do

  • Lead a team to manage the full AI/ML application lifecycle, ensuring repeatable and reliable releases.
  • Implement and mature an MLOps framework covering versioning, automated testing, and release governance.
  • Own production readiness for AI/ML workloads, defining SLOs, runbooks, and incident response.
  • Design and operate CI/CD for ML solutions using SageMaker and secure promotion of model artefacts.
  • Implement model monitoring (data quality, bias, drift) and alerting for automated responses like retraining.
  • Design and implement end-to-end observability for serverless services including logs, metrics, and traces.

Requirements

  • Experience in Cloud Deployment, Strategy, and Architecture/Design.
  • Proficiency in IT Service Delivery, Cloud Security, and Virtualisation.
  • Familiarity with Agile Methodologies and Cloud Operations.
  • Expertise in Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment Automation & Orchestration.
  • Knowledge of Cloud Storage and Software Development Lifecycle.
  • Experience with Project/Programme Management and Talent Management.
