What you will do

• Support incident, problem, and change delivery processes across the Financial Wellbeing Platform.
• Assess and triage live service issues, ensuring timely restoration and minimizing customer impact.
• Identify trends, root causes, and preventative measures for the problem portfolio.
• Provide impact analysis for production changes and support release planning/scheduling.
• Challenge engineering solutions to ensure alignment with quality and resilience standards.
• Support SLA adherence and overall operational excellence.

Requirements

• Proven hands-on technical experience in application support and/or data engineering within a complex production environment.
• Strong customer focus and ability to ensure reliability and operational performance of systems.
• Solid problem-solving skills, including incident triage, impact assessment, and escalation.
• Hands-on experience with monitoring and support tools like Dynatrace, GitHub Enterprise, Urban Code Deploy, and ServiceNow.
• Effective communication and ability to influence technical and business stakeholders.
• Background in IT operations or support with strong awareness of production environments and system architecture.

Nice to have

• Experience managing application portfolios including configuration, currency, and risk management.
• Practical experience with Linux, WebSphere, SQL Server, Mainframe, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Scripting capability using Bash, Shell, Python, or PowerShell.
• Awareness of DevOps toolchains, pipelines, and cloud deployment approaches.
