What you will do
- Provide post-launch technical support for the Oracle project.
- Troubleshoot, resolve incidents, and conduct user training.
- Respond to technical inquiries and coordinate with the development team for complex issues.
- Create operational documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Optimize support processes and monitor system performance.
- Assist with version upgrades and data migrations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above.
- 2+ years of technical support or operations experience.
- Familiarity with Java applications and databases.
- Proficiency in Linux commands for log analysis and performance monitoring (e.g., using Prometheus).
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to work under pressure.
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud services (AWS/Azure) support.
