What you will do

• Provide post-launch technical support for the Oracle project.

• Assist with version upgrades and data migrations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• 2+ years of technical support or operations experience.
• Familiarity with Java applications and databases.
• Proficiency in Linux commands for log analysis and performance monitoring (e.g., using Prometheus).
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to work under pressure.
