Location: Onsite in Lehi, Utah, 5 days a week

What you will do

• Be the primary contact for new customers during the first 30 days.
• Manage account connections, integrations, and implement/configure AI agents.
• Conduct full-team trainings for all account locations on best practices.
• Ensure product adoption through outreach methods and account health scoring.
• Coordinate and respond to client issues and potential escalations.
• Build new internal processes for a smooth implementation experience.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in a customer onboarding/implementation role (SaaS experience is a plus).
• A bachelor's degree in business or a similar field.
• Exceptional written and communication skills, with experience communicating directly with clients.
• Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects with varying complexity levels.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and prior experience navigating complex customer environments.
• Interest in further understanding and working with AI agents.
• Work onsite in Lehi, UT, 5 days a week.
