What you will do
- Complete a 4-week technical training and case study project as part of the onboarding.
- Participate in multiple rotations across the technology organization over 12 months.
- Deliver end-to-end technology solutions, building core capabilities in areas such as business analysis, project management, and application development.
- Learn the hirify.global business model and growth strategy across product, investment, sales, operations, and corporate services.
- Participate in cultural, technology, and management training.
- Collaborate with iTAP team members and other relevant business and HR personnel.
Requirements
- Technical coursework or relevant technology work experience.
- Ability to communicate and work effectively with both technical and non-technical partners.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
