Early Career Analyst - Technology (Fintech)

Early Career Analyst (Technology): Developing well-rounded technologists through a rotational program in various technology domains with an accent on comprehensive technical training and project collaboration. Focus on delivering end-to-end technology solutions across business analysis, application development, data engineering, quality assurance, and infrastructure.

Location: Hybrid work schedule, requiring at least four full days each week working in an hirify.global office in Atlanta, Georgia or Houston, Texas.

What you will do

• Complete a 4-week technical training and case study project as part of the onboarding.
• Participate in multiple rotations across the technology organization over 12 months.
• Deliver end-to-end technology solutions, building core capabilities in areas such as business analysis, project management, and application development.
• Learn the hirify.global business model and growth strategy across product, investment, sales, operations, and corporate services.
• Participate in cultural, technology, and management training.
• Collaborate with iTAP team members and other relevant business and HR personnel.

• Technical coursework or relevant technology work experience.
• Ability to communicate and work effectively with both technical and non-technical partners.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across diverse teams.
