What you will do

• Design, build, and implement CRM systems for instant lead response and qualification.
• Standardize, automate, and clear backlogs in Case Management / Project Management systems.
• Build data pipelines and profitability dashboards for clear financial data.
• Consolidate document templates and automate complex document generation.
• Lead AI training sessions to embed practical and efficient AI use into daily work.
• Uncover operational challenges, gather requirements, present solutions, and manage client adoption.

Requirements

• Professional English fluency (B2 minimum)
• Client-ready communication skills to translate complex technical concepts.
• Systems thinking approach to connect technical solutions to business outcomes.
• Builder mentality with high attention to detail in designing, testing, and perfecting systems.
• Proven track record deploying & configuring CRMs, Project Management systems, Analytics Dashboards, Automation tools (Low-Code/No-Code), and/or AI applications.
• Ownership mentality and curiosity to learn new tools and skills quickly.
• 2-5 years of experience in similar client-facing roles and/or consulting, especially for SMEs.
• Experience with CRMs (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce), Project Management/ERP Systems (e.g., Asana, Monday.com), and iPaaS tools (e.g., Zapier, Make).
• Experience with GenAI (e.g., Gemini, OpenAI) and data analysis (e.g., BigQuery, Looker Studio).
• Experience with REST APIs for integration.
