Working on behalf of a leading jewelry company, this role supports the development of AI-powered solutions to enhance business operations.

What you will do

• Support the design, development, and deployment of Salesforce AI Agents.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and contribute to Agentic AI solutions.
• Participate in testing, debugging, and optimizing AI pipelines for performance and scalability.
• Assist in maintaining documentation for system design, workflows, and system configurations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Foundational knowledge of AI/ML concepts, including Generative AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and Agentic AI principles.
• Understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and LLM-based systems.
• Experience with at least one programming language (e.g., Java, C#, or JavaScript).
• Understanding of basic software engineering principles and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience or coursework related to Salesforce or Agentforce.
• Exposure to DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
