What you will do

• Maintain strict confidentiality of customer data as customer privacy is our most important tenet.
• Deliver high-quality labeled data across text, speech, audio, image, and video using guidelines and in-house tools.
• Demonstrate proficiency in generating human insight data for AI development.
• Make sound judgments and logical decisions when faced with ambiguous or incomplete information.
• Analyze root causes, identify error patterns, and propose solutions to enhance labeling task quality.
• Identify day-to-day process and operational issues, suggesting changes to unblock operations.

Requirements

• An Associate’s Degree or related work experience.
• CEFR C1+ or equivalent fluency in Italian language.
• Written and spoken knowledge of English is essential (CEFR B2+).
• Strong business writing skills with ability to create reports and proposals.
• Advanced reading comprehension with ability to analyze complex business documents.
• Developed analytical thinking and structured problem-solving capabilities.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 2+ years of professional work experience with demonstrated task execution ability.
• Proven capacity to leverage open-source resources effectively for comprehensive research.
• Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances.
• 2-3 years project coordination or management experience.
