What you will do

• Manage and oversee online research projects while developing and growing relationships with customers.
• Ensure customer satisfaction, support client growth strategies, and assist in upsell opportunities.
• Utilize hirify.global’s proprietary software to create and manage research surveys.
• Compile and extract data from various sources (proprietary software, Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Salesforce, Qualtrics, etc.).
• Coordinate with Account Management, Product, and Finance for seamless project execution and product development.
• Work with customers to understand project needs, recommend optimal solutions, and deliver projects on time and in budget.

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of customer-facing experience managing multiple complex projects.
• Proficient in Google Suite and Excel.
• Strong work ethic, self-motivated mindset, and effective time management.
• Top quality and ability in written and oral communication in English.

Nice to have

• BA/BS Degree level qualification.
• Knowledge of the online market research ecosystem and programmatic sampling.
• Survey design experience in Qualtrics, Survey Monkey, etc.
• Market Research coursework or experience.
• Microsoft Excel certification.
• Statistical knowledge or working knowledge or SPSS, STATA, SAS.
