Project Coordinator

TL;DR

Project Coordinator: Supporting lead Project Managers with project tracking, governance frameworks, and coordination activities with an accent on financial oversight, resource tracking, and documentation. Focus on assisting with budget management, problem-solving, and ensuring project alignment with internal teams.

Location: Hybrid 3 days a week in either Denver, CO or Minneapolis, MN. This is a W2 contract opportunity.

What you will do

• Collaborate with internal teams and vendor partners to ensure project alignment.
• Assist in developing and managing project budgets, including cost tracking, variance analysis, and financial forecasting.
• Support day-to-day project management by helping to create and update project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Monitor and track project resources, including personnel, materials, and expenses.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date project documentation, including meeting notes, reports, and contracts.
• Support the project manager in identifying potential issues and contributing to finding solutions.

Requirements

• Strong commitment to team collaboration and a positive attitude.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, MS Project, and Power BI.
• Solid understanding of financial concepts, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
• Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Work authorization for a W2 contract in the US is required.
