What you will do

• Define, monitor, and report on KPIs and product metrics for the Sportsbook Product Team.
• Analyze A/B test results and expand the internal experimentation framework.
• Implement GA4 tagging to map user journeys and identify customer pain points.
• Synthesize data from various sources to develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations (e.g., in Looker Studio).
• Ensure data quality, consistency, and governance across analytics initiatives.
• Advise and inform the Sportsbook team throughout the product lifecycle, from discovery to post-launch impact measurement.

Requirements

• 2+ years of product analytics experience in a consumer internet business or high-velocity product unit.
• Experience assessing the impact of A/B experiments, ideally using platforms like Kameleoon or Optimizely.
• Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation.
• Experience with GA4 and other product analytics platforms, with strong skills in creating dashboards in Looker Studio or similar tools.
• Strong written communication skills.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in the sports betting industry.
• Experience with BI/visualization tools such as PowerBI.
• Familiarity with Databricks or similar big data platforms.
