What you will do

• Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure backend services.
• Collaborate with Product Managers in problem discovery and solution creation.
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver new features and improvements.
• Enhance team output by improving functionality and addressing technical debt.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building backend systems in fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency in backend development with TypeScript or any strongly typed language.
• Experience with SQL databases and frameworks like Nest.js or Spring Boot.
• Strong understanding of system design principles, scalability, and performance tuning.
• Location: Must be based in Berlin for 3 days/week in office.
• English: B2 required.
