What you will do
- Lead and mentor a team of 6-8 engineers, fostering individual growth and project success.
- Implement and oversee full-spectrum AI integration across the SDLC (design, development, testing, deployment, operations) to maximize team velocity.
- Define and monitor KPIs, ensuring high code quality (97% code coverage) and system stability (less than 1% downtime).
- Lead code reviews, maintain documentation, and drive data-driven decisions in an Agile environment.
Requirements
- Expertise as a Team Leader in backend engineering.
- Strong expertise in C#, .Net 7/8, Web API, Microservice Architecture, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
- Proficiency in Unit and Integration Testing (xUnit, NSubstitute) and relational data access (T-SQL, EF Core, Dapper).
- Experience with distributed messaging/caching (Redis, Kafka, RabbitMQ) and containerized development (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Expertise in AI-Driven Development Lifecycle (AIDLC), embedding AI across all development stages.
- English: B2+ required.
