What you will do

• Design, develop, and operate production-grade .NET services using .NET Framework 4.7, .NET 8, ASP.NET, Web API, Entity Framework
• Optimize data models with MS SQL Server and PostgreSQL
• Build and run services in AWS with Docker, Kubernetes, ArgoCD
• Ensure reliability through SLIs/SLOs, caching, retries, circuit breakers, and secure multi-tenant access
• Own services end-to-end including monitoring, support, and architecture reviews
• Integrate AI/LLM providers, implement RAG (chunking, embeddings, vector search), build safe AI flows, and create reusable AI components

Requirements

• Strong written and spoken English (B2 level or above)
• Strong experience with C# / .NET in production
• Solid knowledge of ASP.NET, Web API, Entity Framework
• Experience with relational databases (MS SQL Server, PostgreSQL)
• Hands-on with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD
• Understanding of distributed systems, performance tuning, reliability patterns
• Experience in cross-functional product teams

Nice to have

• Experience with retrieval & vector search, LLM integrations (Azure OpenAI, AWS Bedrock)
• Knowledge of structured outputs, streaming, AI guardrails, evaluation metrics
• Ability to mentor peers in applied AI
