What you will do

• Design and develop features for the Vantage platform, including document processing pipelines and AI skill management.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code while championing engineering best practices and performing code reviews.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and ML engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Optimize existing services and tooling to reduce technical debt and increase engineering velocity.
• Monitor the health of cloud services and resolve production incidents in a timely manner.

Requirements

• 5–9 years of professional software engineering experience with deep expertise in C# .NET.
• Willingness and ability to work with both C# .NET and C++.
• Proven experience implementing CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and/or Azure DevOps Pipelines.
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture and distributed system design at enterprise scale.
• High standards for code quality and a track record of delivering testable code.
• Strong analytical skills for debugging complex issues across distributed systems.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Azure (AKS, Storage, Key Vaults, Azure SQL).
• Hands-on experience with workflow-driven systems (orchestration, state management).
• Experience integrating ML, Neural Networks, or LLMs into enterprise applications.
• Familiarity with OCR, NLP, and computer vision technologies.
