What you will do

• Plan, manage, and track game development schedules using agile or hybrid methodologies.
• Coordinate daily operations and communication between cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Set clear milestones, monitor progress, and proactively resolve risks and bottlenecks.
• Manage scope, timelines, resources, and budget across multiple concurrent projects.
• Conduct sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and regular stand-up meetings.
• Ensure clear and timely documentation and reporting of project progress to leadership.

Requirements

• 7+ years of project management experience in the gaming industry or software development.
• Proven success delivering at least one full-cycle game project.
• Strong understanding of game development pipelines and production tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Confluence).
• Solid knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict resolution skills.
• Passion for games and familiarity with industry trends and genres.
