What you will do

• Deliver professional services projects to meet agreed-upon time, cost, quality, and customer success objectives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, capturing required metrics and data points accurately.
• Provide internal and external status reports and communications for assigned projects.
• Actively review, monitor, and resolve major risks encountered during project delivery, escalating when necessary.
• Support the development of Services sales opportunities, including project estimation and commercial proposals.
• Collaborate to create quality, thorough, and timely statements of work for project implementations.

Requirements

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or similar, with professional project management accreditation (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
• At least 6 years of overall IT experience with 2 years in SaaS implementations/Project Management or service delivery experience.
• Proven ability to initiate, plan, execute, monitor, and close projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with external client resources.
• Experience in a customer-facing professional services delivery role, ideally within a SaaS environment.
• Ability to lead and manage internal and external relationships and motivate stakeholders.
• Commercial awareness and relevant experience within the sales process.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Project.
