What you will do

• Maintain dashboards and scorecards on investment health, risks, and delivery progress for CIO and pillar leaders.
• Partner with Finance and Project Managers to track spend, FTE allocations, vendor usage, and ROI for IT programs.
• Facilitate project intake, prioritization workflows, and alignment to strategic themes.
• Support adoption of delivery frameworks, governance compliance, and process documentation.
• Maintain PMO analytics, automation, and operational tooling, including Jira and Smartsheet.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in program/portfolio management, business analytics, or technology operations.
• Strong analytical skills, comfort with financial and delivery data.
• Ability to partner well cross-functionally and influence through data.
• Has operated in a Portfolio / PMO model under the Office of the CIO.
