What you will do

• Own and manage the end-to-end workflow for marketing design projects, from intake and scoping through delivery and launch.
• Define and document clear project scope, requirements, timelines, and deliverables for designers.
• Prioritize incoming requests in partnership with Product and Development teams, balancing urgency, impact, and capacity.
• Serve as the primary liaison between Marketing, Product, and Development to ensure alignment on priorities and execution.
• Translate product and technical requirements into clear design and marketing briefs.
• Oversee website launches and updates, including coordinating design, content, and development changes.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in marketing project management, design operations, or a similar role.
• Proven experience managing design workflows and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated success leading website and digital products launches.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with CMS platforms and digital marketing workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 equivalent).
• Experience working in a fully remote environment with global teams.
