What you will do

• Lead technical projects including system decommissioning, infrastructure upgrades, and application/data migrations.
• Ensure timely project delivery within scope and to quality standards.
• Identify, track, and mitigate risks and issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate dependencies across IT domains and manage vendor deliverables.
• Support change management and develop cutover and rollback plans for critical activities.
• Maintain structured project documentation and ensure smooth handover to operations with knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, or Program Manager.
• Proven experience managing complex IT technical projects (infrastructure, network, lifecycle).
• Strong knowledge of IT environments, integration dependencies, and change management principles.
• Experience delivering IT infrastructure and application projects in large enterprises.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).

Nice to have

• Familiarity with ITIL, service transition, or similar frameworks.
• Background in insurance, financial services, or other regulated industries.
